Returns and Refunds Policy

 

We hope that you absolutely love Lilly Bean products, but if for some reason you are unsatisfied please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue and make it right.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund of the price minus shipping and handling. Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of the postmark date that is stamped on your package. You may use the original box we send you to return your items.

Example: You order a banana via the internet on Jan 1st and we ship it postmarked Jan 2nd. You have until Jan 9 th to bring your package to the post office at the latest.

All merchandise must be returned in the original condition that it was received, no stains, spots or damage. Include the confirmation of order receipt, your name, and date of purchase for the return.

When making your return you must use a carrier with and tracking (Post office with delivery confirmation is fine).

In stock products are usually shipped with 5 business days unless otherwise stated. We ship using U.S. Postal Service Priority mail with delivery confirmation. Upon shipping you will receive a notification in your email with a tracking number. Please contact us if you have a question about shipping. Shipping prices are determined by the total cost of merchandise.

Shipping prices:

$1-$50 = $4.75

$51-$99 = $6.75

Orders over $100 have free shipping!
Out of stock orders are shipped as soon as they become available.
